Absolutely! You can tweak, revise, and perfect your design as much as you like—our goal is to ensure you’re 100% happy before production. Just keep in mind, every revision adds a bit more time to the process, so the sooner we lock it in, the faster we can bring your stencil or decal to life.
Yes! For every custom order, we provide a digital mockup (proof) for your review and approval. This ensures the design looks exactly how you want before we begin production. You can request changes if needed, and we won’t proceed until you’re completely satisfied with the final design.
To cut your design, we need a vector file (like SVG, AI, or EPS), as it provides the precise paths our plotter blade follows. However, we’ll accept any file format you have—whether it’s a PNG, JPEG, or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, no problem! We can convert your design into the right format for a small art fee. Just send us what you have, and we’ll take it from there!
Vector files are line-based designs where the lines act as paths for the blade of our plotter to follow, allowing us to cut precise stencils. In contrast, image files (like JPEGs or PNGs) are made up of tiny squares called pixels, which can’t guide the plotter blade accurately. That’s why we prefer vector files, but if you don’t have one, we can help convert your image into the right format!
We offer a variety of materials tailored to your project needs:
- Low-Tack Vinyl: Ideal for delicate or smooth surfaces like wood, with easy removal to protect the surface.
- Pro-Tack Vinyl: A versatile option with strong adhesion, perfect for most applications.
- High-Tack Vinyl: Designed for rough or textured surfaces, offering maximum grip.
- Mylar Stencils: Durable and reusable, perfect for repetitive use, available in 10-mil thickness.
Our vinyl stencils adhere well to smooth, clean surfaces such as painted courts, acrylic floors, wood, concrete, and polyurethane surfaces. They might struggle with rubber, uncoated asphalt, or track surfaces.
Mylar stencils work on any surface since they sit on top, but some surfaces may cause paint bleed. For the best results, especially on uneven surfaces, we recommend extra care during application. If you’re unsure about your project, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!
Vinyl stencils provide crisp lines and minimal paint bleed. They adhere securely to surfaces, reducing the chance of slipping during application, making them perfect for one-time use on various surfaces.
Mylar stencils, on the other hand, are reusable. Made from durable plastic, they can be cleaned and reused multiple times, making them ideal for projects that require repetitive designs or long-term use.
It depends on the material. Our vinyl stencils are intended for one-time use, providing crisp lines and secure adhesion for precise applications. If you need something reusable, we recommend our Mylar stencils. Mylar is durable, easy to clean, and perfect for projects that require repeated use over time.
